Gill is an Anglican Priest and Supervisor in Boorloo (Perth, Western Australia). She advocates for Ministry Wellbeing and Development, supporting clergy and lay leaders to sustain healthy, life-giving ministry. Attentive to power, systems and difference, she works in ways that seek to intentionally honour and welcome diverse experiences and ways of thinking. Gill also offers individual and group supervision, in person and online, across helping professions. Her practice is grounded in compassion, respect and mutuality. She listens deeply and works gently yet honestly, fostering creativity, courage and authenticity in service of the work and those it serves.
She is looking forward to collaborating with others to host IPSRP events in Western Australia.

Gill holds accreditation with the Australasian Association of Supervisors (AAoS) and is a licensed priest in the Anglican Church of Australia.

Gill is a graduate of the IPSRP Diploma in Professional Supervision program and holds a Graduate Certificate in Professional Supervision from Supervision WA. She has achieved a Master of Philosophy in Theology (St Augustine College, Johannesburg) and a Bachelor Degree in Primary Education (University of Pretoria).
Gill served as an assistant trainer in the Supervision WA Certificate Course and will be co-training the IPSRP Diploma Course in Australia.
