Em is a supervisor, reflective practitioner and facilitator based in Boorloo (Perth, Western Australia). She supervises individuals and groups from across a range of helping professions, both in person and online. Em is dedicated to co-creating collaborative spaces for brave conversations, where curiosity and insight are fostered and perspective enhanced toward future practice.

  • Em is an Accredited Supervisor and Board Member with the Australasian Association of Supervisors (AAoS), a founding team member of The Anchorage (anchorage.org.au), and a national committee member of the Australian Christian Mentoring Network (ACMN).

  • Em holds a Master of Theological Studies (University of Divinity) and a Graduate Certificate in Professional Supervision (St Mark’s Theological Centre). She is a graduate of the Arrow Leadership program. Em facilitates bespoke workshops and retreats for a variety of groups upon invitation.

    She actively collaborates with IPSRP events in Western Australia.
