Em is a reflective supervisor and trainer/ facilitator based in Boorloo (Perth, Western Australia). She is the Regional Director for IPSRP in Australasia and Aotearoa New Zealand.
Em supervises individuals and groups from a range of professions and contexts, both in person and online. She is dedicated to co-creating collaborative spaces for brave conversations, where curiosity and insight are fostered and perspective enhanced toward future practice.

Em is a recognised supervisor and Board member with the Australasian Association of Supervision (AAOS), a founding member of The Anchorage (anchorage.org.au), and an accredited minister with The Churches of Christ in Western Australia.
Em holds a Master of Theological Studies (University of Divinity) and a Graduate Certificate in Professional Supervision (St Mark’s Theological Centre). She is a graduate of Arrow Leadership.

Em is co-training the IPSRP Diploma of Supervision courses with Michael Paterson, Founding Director, in Australia and Malaysia and contributing to the IPSRP Diploma of Supervision course in the UK, lead by Markus A. Lange, Regional Director (EU).
Em is the point of contact for courses, professional development, and events in Australasia and Aotearoa New Zealand.
